Skin Care Products: That Certain Something
Do you ever walk into a place and feel like someone just looked at you from head to toe? You can turn even more heads with a little TLC for your whole body. The easiest place to start is with what most of us see all the time, our face. Remember this routine: cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate and protect. In other words, wash your face, get the dry skin off, moisturize and wear sunscreen. Look for products with vitamin A. That's Retinol or alpha and beta hydroxy acids if the vitamin A is a little too drying. Pay special attention to your eyes. The skin there is thin. Find a cream made specifically for this area and use it daily. Dermatologists say up to 90% of wrinkles and dark spots are caused by the sun, so wear sunscreen all over, including your hands and feet! Speaking of your hands-they take a lot of abuse day in and day out. They're constantly exposed and repeatedly washed, so it's important to keep them moisturized. Try smoothing on a cream made for your hands. If yours are cracked, consider going to bed with a thick layer of cream, and then mittens. And even though your feet are covered up most of the time, they need attention too. There are products specially formulated to keep your feet soft, especially in a great pair of open-toed shoes! Elbows. Probably not high on your beauty list, but have you looked at yours lately? The thick skin there can get really dry. Make sure to moisturize! And, there's one product that will work wonders on every single body part. What is it? A glass of water. The more you drink, the more hydrated you are, giving every part of you that Certain Something you're looking for!
